Before processing any withdrawal request, api777 requires all Account Holders to complete identity verification (KYC). Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality suspended until the required documentation is submitted and approved. api777 aims to complete KYC reviews within one business day of receiving complete documentation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment channel limits may apply (for example, Touch 'n Go eWallet transactions are capped at RM10,000 per transaction). All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Account Holder's own name.
api777 does not charge fees on MYR deposits. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside api777's control and are your responsibility.

E-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. FPX bank transfers may take up to one business hour. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier: Silver members may withdraw up to RM10,000 per day; Gold members up to RM30,000 per day; Diamond members have custom limits set by their account manager.

Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real-Money Funds in your Account. Real-Money Funds are utilised before Bonus Funds in all betting and gaming transactions unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is granted. All bets are subject to acceptance by api777 at its discretion. api777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason. A bet is only confirmed upon the isuance of a valid bet confirmation reference number by the platform.
Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. api777 offers Asian Handicap, Over/Under (Totals), 1X2, and various other bet types across EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League, UFC, and other major sporting events. Live in-play odds may be suspended at any time at api777's discretion.

Scheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect platform availability. api777 will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance periods in advance where possible.
api777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, account inactivity exceding 12 consecutive months, or where continued operation of the Account would conflict with applicable regulations.
Upon closure of an Account for breach of Terms, api777 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is established, any remaining Real-Money Funds pending investigation outcome.
Account Holders may request account closure at any time by contacting api777 support via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled, and any remaining Real-Money Balance (subject to wagering requirement conditions being met) will be disbursed via the Account Holder's registered withdrawal method within 5business days.
An Account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. api777 will attempt to notify the Account Holder via their registered email address before applying any inactivity fee. An administrative inactivity fee of RM10 per month may be deducted from the Account Balance of dormant accounts, provided the Balance does not fall below zero.
api777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, api777 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered Account Holders via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the platform.
Your continued use of the api777 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
